How we handle errors and corrections

At Vertex Frontier, we are committed to publishing accurate, reliable, and up-to-date technology content. Despite our editorial standards and review process, errors may occasionally occur. When they do, we believe they should be corrected promptly and transparently.

Accuracy is an ongoing process. We value feedback from our readers and appreciate every correction request that helps us improve the quality of our content. Our goal is to maintain a trustworthy resource that readers can rely on for accurate and educational technology information.

Review Process

What happens after you report

Every correction request is reviewed by our editorial team. If an error is confirmed, we will update the article as soon as reasonably possible.

Editorial review

We verify the issue against trusted sources, including official documentation.

Article updated

If confirmed, we update the article as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

  • Correct factual inaccuracies
  • Update outdated technical information
  • Clarify ambiguous explanations
  • Fix broken links, formatting, or typographical errors
  • Add additional context where necessary
Significant Updates

Reflecting the latest review

When substantial changes are made to an article, we may update its publication or revision date to reflect the latest editorial review.

This helps readers understand when an article was last verified and ensures that the version they are reading reflects our most current understanding of the topic.

Minor fixes (such as typo corrections) do not always trigger a date update. Substantive changes—technical rewrites, factual corrections, or new sections—do.
Editorial Integrity

Corrections improve accuracy—not history

Corrections are made to improve accuracy—not to alter historical facts or remove legitimate editorial opinions. We do not remove published content simply because it has become inconvenient or unpopular.

Any updates are made in the interest of providing readers with the most accurate and reliable information available. We distinguish clearly between fixing an error and revising an opinion.

  • Errors are corrected to restore accuracy
  • Legitimate opinions are not removed
  • Inconvenient content is not deleted
  • Updates serve readers—not optics
